About Windy Osborn

Windy Osborn

Windy Osborn was first published in the early 70s at age 14, shooting bicycle motocross. She worked for Wizard Publications, Inc. for 17 years shooting for BMX Action Magazine, Freestylin' Magazine and Homeboy Magazine, and developed a craft and style that made her mark as a cutting edge photographer, being the only professional female photographer in the industry of bicycle motocross, freestyle and skateboarding. Windy has been honored for her historic contributions to the sport of bicycle motocross with an induction into the National BMX Hall of Fame at the US Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California, in 2012. The same year she was also named one of The 10 Most Influential BMX Photographers of All Time by Dig BMX...
